Left leg ankle ligament injury
Hi, I had ankle ligament injury Since from last 2.5 months,initial stages I visited to doctor and they plastered my ankle for 3 weeks and afterwards given ankle binder to use for 3 weeks, but still I'm having swelling and pain in my ankle, and some suggested to use ice fermentation and some suggested to put my ankle in a warm water to do some excercises, IM SO MUCH WORRY ABOUT MY ANKLE ,Kindly suggest wat should I do further, Presently I'm living in GURGON KINDLY DO NEEDFUL

Ideal time for ligament recovery is 4 weeks. Persistent swelling and pain suggests incomplete healing or other pathology.
