Stress fracture
Hi.. My mother had stress fracture last month.. Doctor applied plaster cast on her leg.. After one month doctor has removed cast.. After 15 days of removal of cast she get downward from stairs and  her foot get shallow.. Is swelling ok or we have to consult doctor

Swelling is normal after any fracture or surgery. It may keep coming and going for 4-6months. So don't worry about it! :)
Next Steps
Just keep one or two pillows below her foot while sleeping...so that the swelling will reduce.
