Acl show complete disruption of fibre
MRI report show :- of right knee 1) high grade acl tear 2) fluid collection in suprapatellar and patello femural burses This MRI is 3 month old and I didn't operate my knee , in starting it was problematic for me to climb stairs and to do my cardio exercise but now climbing stairs normal I'm doing my cardio exercise in normal way my thigh muscles strengthen properly...I have taken advise from other orthopedic doctor I didn't tell him about the MRI but he checked the knee he told me it's not a acl tear it's normal meniscus tear he have put me under 2 month medication of megacartigen tablet and told me stop exercises for 2month but after 2 months he have told me to normal exercise that you always do just avoid squats... What to do now can I continue without operating???

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However  I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep  a pillow under the knee. --. As long as knee is stable you can do quads and hamstring exercises. Consult orthopaedic dr in person after two months just to check the knee. ACL tear with out meniscal tear and stable knee can be managed conservatively

Possible to continue without operating But you have to do certain life style alterations

A complete ACL tear needs an operation. You have no option here. Because it not only leaves you with instability but also it damages or joint very fast.
