I feel blood circulation are low in feet and finger .if I wake up morning move first 10 step very pain foot joint . If sit some place more than half an hour and wake up their foot pain are there

She doesn't walk . she stand only 10 minutes maximum.she sit for a few minute she does not walk immediately

I have been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis also I have Psoriasis also. I am having pain in many joints with swelling in some joints and deformity in two hand fingers. Is this treatable and can my fingers be normal again? Till now no doctor has assured me about the normalcy in my fingers.
