Last 45 days suffering from joints and heels pain. Not able to step on floor in the morning at least sever pain I'll be thier for 10mins. Pls suggest

I am suffering from Lower Back Pain from past 2 years, initially it was very mild but from few days it is getting a little moderate. I dont feel any problem in walking or even running or doing any strenous exercise but the pain just doesnt go and it is felt mostly when I am sitting idle and if i am doing some physical activity then it is not felt and it is worse just when I wake up, what could be the reasons for it and how to cure it? It is making me feel frustrated. Thanks a lot!

Iam experiencing severe upper back right side pain from 3 months, no injury, no numbness, normal bowel movement, done physiotherapy, used hot water treatment but no improvement. Please suggest some tests if MRI which one .Any blood tests like. CBC etc. Can't take online consultation. Please reply.

She had accident on 10th august with a bike, got hit on knee. Consulted doctor, got xray done, he said its normal just that some muscles are teared. The pain is decreased now but its not gone completely. Cannot bend knee backwards completely. Please suggest
