Chronic back and leg pain
Developed back and leg pain in 2016 after doing 35kg weighted squats in gym. Some doctors considered it as minor disc issue related to L5-S1 others considered nothing to be specific. Tried physiotherapy and exercises and got no relief. From the last year, pain was little bit settled, especially there was no leg pain. Recently i did CAMEL Yoga (USTRASANA) involving hypertension for few days, my back and leg pain again started. Can the extension based exercises (like USTRASANA) further damage to an already existing disc issue?
Note: Extensions like COBRA pose suggested by doctors in the initial days always used to increase my leg pain.
Symptoms (present): Lower back and both legs pain, pain scale: 5-6.
Trying heating and gentle oil massage for now.
1st MRI (2016): Report: L5-S1 posterocentral disc protrusion causing indentation upon thecal sac and mild narrowing of bilateral lateral spinal recess.
Last MRI (2019): Please see the attached images of report and digital images.

Joint pains and fever during night
Dear Doctor,
My husband (age 30) was suffering with joint pains since 1 yr. X-rays and US reports were normal. 2/3 months back he underwent blood test and report shows no arthritis but ASO TITRE value 400. His orthopedic doctor prescribed medicines but there is no improvement. And now he was trying ayurvedic and homeopathy medicines.
I was having a doubt that he is suffering with rheumatic fever, so kindly suggest.

Vitamin d levels
My vitamin d was 31..and i also have thyroid my doctr give me shalcal m once a day and toyo 60k once in a week ..and also thyroid medicn.but he dont tell me when to stop talking vitamin d medicn...today is day 40th of taking the medicm..while searching online i come to know that vitamin d before taking vitamin d medicn was good..now i m scared ..kyaa iss medicm ko 40dys tak lene se mera vitamin d normal range se jyda to nhi ho gya hoga??plss tell me..i very scared

Regarding disc prolapse
Hello,
Last few months back I have suffered with disc prolapse. I went to orthopaedic doctor and ct scanned back posture. Doctor said disc slightly prolapsed. After few days it has come normal. Now again getting back pain and abdominal pain. When riding bike abdominal pain and back pain I'm getting. Please suggest me good tablet and exercise. Prefer if Any youtube excercise video also useful for me to see and do the exercise.

Lower back pain
I'm 31 yr old male having pain in lower back, whenever i sits anywhere for 30 to 40 mins and then while standing there is a pain in lower back and all the time i can feel bit pain in my lower back, not severe but yes i can't find my self free for my lower back pain. From past 1 week i started doing some exercise for my lower back pain.
