Bone & Muscle problems

Hello.. I'm suffering from severe left side low hip pain. The area connecting upper body with buttocks.the pain is there for past 1 year. I consulted ortho and he did X-ray and said nothing wrong with bones but muscles got tightened and has nodule. Gave anti-inflammatory tablets and physiotherapy for 15 days. But the same pain returned after a month, I consulted another senior ortho, seeing the X-ray he said bones are weak and need blood test. The blood test results gave vitamin d is 4 and b12 is 115.He suggested vit d vaccination (weekly twice), tablets (dolwin Plus, strong d3 and paracetamol). I'm taking only strong d3 as I don't wNt to take anymore pain killers or anti-inflammatory, as I took all these in the last Dr visit itself n no improvement .is dolwin Plus really necessary? Also, how to overcome this pain.. I took 4 vaccine until now but no improvement.I'm worried much as it interrupts my daily activity and for past 2 weeks, the left ankle Area also started paining. Plz help

In my right leg I have some tender like swelling since a week nearby the arch area in middle foot(pic attached the area where my fingure touched). I'm 29 and don't have any medical condition diagnosed before. I don't feel pain mostly. But sometimes at night or morning I can feel some burning pain and that too rare. I'm really scared if I search this on internet. Please help me to understand the issue.

I was diagnosed with a small crack on my right ankle and was advised to take rest as I went late to doctor so he did not plaster my ankle and advised me to take rest...but I was unable to take rest  at that time due to my examinations... I  had this crack  on 31/01/2020 due to a fall...bt till date the pain is there and a mild to severe pain I feel whenever I walk very fast ...I am in very much pain right now  and also an  swelling is there since 31/01/2020 on an area of my right leg ...what should I have to do? Please help...

I am suffering from right shoulder pain. I think pain is due to excessive use of computer mouse. Initially it was for shorter duration while using mouse but from last week it is continuously. I am suffering from cervical spondylosis and doing excersize for same. Can you please help me with the root cause and more exercise to reduce the pain.

Hi, While doing Burpees I injured by lower back . I am applying myloxin but it does not show much effect . When I am bending or sitting it is paining in my lower back. Suggest some way to get rid of this problem. Thank you.

I am 29 years old male and suffering from right knee pain from past one week. I did more physical activity running, fast walking and carrying light weight loads(10-40kg) during lockdown period. When I place my palm near knee and then bend and straighten my leg I observe a friction sound. I got a X-ray for my right knee and attached here.
