Bone & Muscle problems

I am facing acute pain and stiffness in my spine and both knee from past 2 years. X ray represents occurrence of osteopenia. Kindly suggest treatment as I am facing tremendous difficulty in day to day activities as I cant sit and stand for long. Currently i am not taking any medication. Just applying ointment like volini . Have consulted many doctors in past but no relief with their treatment. I stay alone and I have nobody to take care of.

Sir my uric acid is above 14. I have severe pain in ankle and wrist and shoulders. I have feeling of vomiting and headache. No fever. Currently from last 3 months I am taking tb medication and I know uric acid is high because of pyzina tablet but currently what I do. It's urgent. I already fuboxstat but no relief.

Pain like piercing needle near left knee on the side. Difficulty in walking and swelling near ankle. Was hurt by motorcycle last year.

It happened in the office when I bent over and got a tremendous pain in the SI joint. I could not stand still.I had to take the back support pad. The pain is still persisting when ride bike or bend over for any activity.

Please advise what is the safe maximum  limit in hours per week to avoid wear and tear of knee joint for brisk Walking for overweight person. I wish to loose weight.

I suffer from sharp pain in my heels for the past two years. Earlier it used to be only on waking up and went away when I walked a bit but now it can be felt all the time and walking hurts.

I am 17 yrs old, and want to go to NDA.. But dut to my knees touch in Attention position, for which I have been doing many exercises to correct it. But it cause a pain right side of knee... Is there any exercise which is effective to correct it?

I feel blood circulation are low in feet and finger .if I wake up morning move first 10 step very pain foot joint . If sit some place more than half an hour and wake up their foot pain are there

She doesn't walk . she stand only 10 minutes maximum.she sit for a few minute she does not walk immediately

One day I lifted weight 40 kg on my shoulders. My hand stretched suddenly. here is slight pain in my shoulders when I move hand fast or lift weights. It's been over 2.5 months. I have attached xray of shoulder. Please tell me is there any fracture in bone? Also suggest medicine
