Swollen joints with pain
Am taking whey protein as per of my fitness routine.. My joints are getting swollen from the day I started taking whey protein.. Joints get swollen, turns red and it pains allot.. What may be the reason? And how to treat this condition? Before starting whey protein also I used to get this kind of problem.. I am believing that this condition is Gout..

I will suggest you to avoid taking whey proteins. There is a possibility of joint inflammation which may cause the problem.
Next Steps
You may get some tests including CBC, ESR, CRP, S Uric acid to know the status of inflammatory markers in the body. Take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine.

Avoid high protein diet, joint movement and stretching exercises can be done.
