Bone & Muscle problems

Had operation in Jaipur for a fall from roof a was treated in jaipur. They put a rod(sth like) between knee and waist. Now I am home for 3 days. Since yesterday having almost unbearable pain in lower back. Attaching the relevant details. Hospital is not answering either. Request your assistance. Ready to pay as well.

The inner side of my left ankle is swollen n is paining since two days. There has been no injury or foot sprain. I am able to walk properly but it hurts..It occurred suddenly. Kindly advise

Could you suggest footwear I can get my grandmother for comfort of the feet-her 1 foot has varicose veins & her other one-philaria..hence, some difficulty walking/straining, uneasiness etc.

My left foot has been hurting since 2 days, no swelling. This happened last month also where I applied ice thinking it might help & within a week it was okay and normal. I am worried if this is diabetes or heart disease. I am 26 yrs old & obese. But this is happening recently and hadn't happened before. I am worried.

Having constant leg pain and Lowe back pain .taking multivitamins dose everyday from last 15 days. Already had vitamin B 12 on me tions and had vitamin  D 3 also. No improvement so far.

From almost upper to middle back it hurts aaa lottt Mri was clean also the blood tests were clean.. there is no particular point so injection option was rejected also even after 500mg painkiller(naprosyn 500) the pain still persists..it reduces by 15% after the pain killer.. still when i turn back (left or right it hurts)..in the morning curving my spine forward also hurts...i exercise daily i walk 2km.on average... what is happening exactly to my back? 2 years now just the pain is shifted to upper back and is increased...what would ne the cause? Or what is this?

Sir I have lower back pain since 9 months due to gyming. Sometimes the pain is less and sometime it gets more. Sir in between this month's I has consult a physician by which I was cured properly but again after 2 months pain started. Sir I have attached my x-ray of back and report. Can you please suggest any medicine and some exercise to cure my back pain properly.Is it cureable? Please answer my question kindly.

I am not able to get up as I am suffering from pain in the lower back since morning. While doing weight lifting ( dead lift) I got this pain. Applied volini ointment and hot water bottle. But there is no improvement. Please advise...
