Needed food and exercise to recover from Osteoarthritis faster. My mother is having leg pain and knee pain. She cannot get up / sit properly . We have consulted the doctor and have done the CT scan . We got to know that she is suffering from Osteoarthritis .

Mild pain in middle of waist since 4 days.pain goes downwards.can not move freely that time.I have taken various medicine in different time.but problem has not totally cured.what is the remedy? What is the best medicine? What test is required?

I have pain in my lower back after I lifted something of 35-40 kgs to 4th Floor. I have got a back injury due to an accident when I was a kid. The pain is so much this time that I have fever due to the pain. What can I do in this situation to get better without visiting a hospital.

My cousin has ankle swelling , pain and stiffness in right ankle, since many months..( left ankle very less swelling but it's there)..its more during cold weather and before periods...orthopedician suspects arthritis and asked her to do Xray of right ankle along with blood tests..pls see images and let me know if there is sign of joint damage or arthritis in right ankle?

Hi Team, After continuing 6 months of WFH, now I am feeling lots of pain in my neck, chest n shoulder. Now its like I can not sit in same position for 20 min.. I have completely stopped working from bed n now I started to keep my laptop at my eye level while working. Started to do some yoga also to reduce the pain.. Its almost 1 month, but still there is no improvement. Rather its increasing day by day. Can you Please help me on this. Thanks in advance

Hi doctor Doctor I can't able to walk now because of my foot corn in my left leg. I got a severe foot pain. I was using corn cap for the last 2 weeks but I couldn't find any difference in my pain. Hello Experts, I am facing bit stiffness in my body and heaviness in joints especially on knee level.At times I feel pain on my knee level while bending. When I wake up in morning I feel my half legs are tired and stiffed, dont know why. What's the issue, regarding Vit D deficiency I have consulted with doctor 3 months ago and took proper medication. For 37 year old Female: In every posture change getting acute lower back pain and most of the times ticking sound. Lying down straight for few minutes continuously and trying to take turn is very painful. Bending forward is very painful. Please suggest what to do.
