Ulnar nerve subluxation
Got my arm checked up for numbness in my right elbow and last two fingers. Got a. NCV done for my arm, test were normal. Doctor daignosed me with nerve subluxation. The nerve slides as I bend my elbow also my arm has started to pop with the bending. I sense that my reaction time of my right hand has reduced. If I exercise the numbness increases slightly. I fear if I exercise this will get worse. What should be my further actions for this ?

A subluxating nerve needs anterior transposition . It’s a very straightforward procedure done with the right surgeon. Always there to help.
Next Steps
Do an MRI Scan to evaluate the nerve position and the ulna groove. Also need the NCV test to assess the conduction velocity of the ulnar nerve
Health Tips
If not done properly the symptoms can persist. I am happy to do an online consultation to help

You should get one MRI of elbow to diagnose any soft tissue injury around the nerve which is causing the nerve to change its position..
Next Steps
If there is some significant soft tissue gap which is causing the trouble,  you may require surgery for repair and or translocation of nerve..
