Ulnar Nerve
Since few weeks I'm having ulnar nerve entrapment. Numbness in my pinkie finger and ring finger. It's not that extreme. I'm having control of those fingers but with numbness. Will it go? What can I do? I'm worried. Need help.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for  neck and shoulders. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Initially avoid keeping your elbow bent for long durations of time. Usually it happens with prolonged phone usage. Keep the elbow mobile and it will settle.
Next Steps
if it remains constant inspite of doing that, then see an Orthopaedic Surgeon

Avoid stringing the elbow and use nervigen p tablet for a 10 days and see if it improves the symptoms

Avoid keeping elbow bent for a long duration and excessive phone use. Also avoid resting your elbow on hard surface like table or arm rest of chair for a prolonged time. If the problem still persists please go to your nearby doctor for checkup
