Radial nerve entrapment

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I had met with accident on Nov 1st 2015, surgery ended up with ORIF LCP plate to my fight arm fracture. Doctor said due to radial nerve entrapment I am unable stretch fingers backward and wrist drop. It crossed 35 days, still I don't see improvement despite 15 physiotherapy sessions. Pls suggest
