Nerve pain in Arm/wrist
I workout in gym everyday . in dec last year i was doing biceps exercise, I was lifting heavy weight and suddenly my right arm wrist started paining. I didn't pay attention and continued exercise, but when I released bar from my hand, I sensed severe pain in my wrist nerve which went through arm towards elbow. After 6 days pain slowly vanished. But now whenever I try biceps workout nerve starts paining from first rep itself. I tried MOOV and other cream , pain stops immediately but when I try biceps workout again I does not allow me and starts paining again. Please help me. Thanks.

Hi...., looks like there is muscular cramps.... Get adequate hydration, by drinking plenty of water and oral rehydration salts.... Fluids help your muscles contract and relax and keep muscle cells hydrated and less irritable..... Gently stetch your biceps, Stretch before and after you use any muscle for an extended period.... and do massaging... Stop gyming for few weeks... Consider muscle relaxants along with the pain relieving medications.....
