To reduce weight and get fit I do workout daily for 90 mins, now a days I started increased the lifting weight and started feeling pain in elbow. Searched and web and found it is kind of tennis elbow. Would like to know how to get rid of it. Using elbow wrap would help? And any stretch to get relieved.
Also suggest any generic external ointment for pain relief.
Pain is more only when lifting any weight towards palm facing the body by bending the elbow. Also when I tried to lift any object by stretching the full arm.
Kindly suggest.
