Wrist Pain
Hi. I have been experiencing wrist pain in my left arm. It has been there for a month now. I do gym regularly from the past 2 months. Pain is carpus area and on left side of left wrist. I have avoided gym or any strenuous activity with left hand for a week now but there is no relief. I have been using pain relief spray along with supporting wrist with handkerchief, but there is no relief. There is no visible swelling but when I perform any strenuous activity, nerves in that area swell up and it gets painful. What can be the issue and what should I be doing? Please help. Thanks, Nishant Jain

Dear Sir The pain site of your hand indicates over an injury of repetative strain to the TFCC of lunotriquetral ligament, you have to be seen clinically followed by investigation like an MRI to get to the exact cause, and provide you with some treatment, as a primary investigation you need to get an X ray of your wrist done.
Next Steps
Get X ray wrist (left) PA and Lat views and send them to me
