Bone & Muscle problems

My spouse is suffering from rid bone pain post COVID. He is taking calcium tablets daily. He is a vegetarian. So not sure what to do. Please suggest.

Dear doctor I fractured my right foot's medial malleleous last year 4days ago while running ,my foot got twisted and pain started ,next day I went to the doctor for consultation he asked to do a xray and recognised no fracture in xray but suggested me to plaster my foot after examining pain and age factor Can u plz tell me is it really a fracture

I can't sit properly the pain is on left leg behind the knee can't climb stairs at times I need to limp and drag the left foot.

I have a pain in my right hand. When i raise my hand up it feels pain, when throw a ball its severe pain.

I accidentally punched the wall while in deep sleep as a result I have developed a pain in my right thumb bone. I feel like there is dislocation in upper  thumb bone after using thumb sprint, I am doing massage ,ate etoricoxib for some relief,  However the pain is continuous.

My son gets heel pain when we runs refer the doctor to whom i contact or any specific type of doctor for heel treatment.

I am having too much back pain. My posture is changed. The pain is in my L2 L3 and L4. should I use any posture belt? Any spray or any medicine for pain. Or should I go to the orthopaedic hospital.?
