  4. Left upper back pain. A muscle pain?

Left upper back pain
I used to get shock in my left upper back once a week or twice... It is gradually increasing and I am having regular pain at left upper back pain which is also covering my left arm. This started happening since 2 months now. Could you advise if it is kind of serious illness or just a muscle pain??
