Bone & Muscle problems

The bones of my left lower arm are dislocated and the doctors told me there is nothing can be done in such cases

Suffering with joint and muscular pains especially fingers, knees,back pain.daily facing pain on different body parts

Last year in Jan while playing football I fell down on my right arm/shoulder. Since Feb I started getting a pain while moving or raising my right shoulder. I consulted doctors and they told me it's a frozen shoulder and I was given physiotherapy treatments. The pain or stiffness while raising my arm went away but there is still an occasional pain while I lie down to take rest or go to bed. I can feel pain while moving the right shoulder.

Lower back pain..now aftr 8 months of postpartum pain has has started again.bt this time it is mostly in leeft leg calf area n ankle..as if blood clot or nerve compression..pain in standing or lung down..taken neucoxia n pregabiline bt no effect

Few days back I got back pain from lifting object. Due to this my left side from hip to ankle pains when I get up from bed after sleep. And left side of body got imbalanced.It got ok completely.Now again it started tilting n pain as well.But pain is less severe than before. Though I can walk sit easily with no problem. What should I do to get it cure completely. Is Acemiz-Mr ok as medication..

I am suffering with knee pain last 2 months and cracking sound also coming from my knee.This pain is not every time I feel it specially when I try to run and walk.and some times when I normally walk sudden I feel like my knee ll break.

Due to some lifting few days back my back started paining in such a way that when I wake up from bed my left leg pain from hip to ankle and hip is tilted towards left. After four five days it became ok but now when I got normal routine it started again but the pain is less severe than before..what should I do to get complete ok.

Today I did a report an my Vitamin D has come 20.76 only I need some medicine/supplements to take it up as I have sciatic pain as well Can someone help
