Bone & Muscle problems

Main issue right now is with right shoulder movement. It happens mostly while doing some work such as cooking or eating. Usually, she doesn't lift heavy items except lifting mug of water or filling water bottles or washing cooking utensils. Issue since last 2-3 years roughly. Now taking calcium tablets as per advice from local doctor. As per the latest report, Vitamin D(28.81) is seen to be slightly low, Haemoglobin is 10.8, RBC count is 3.56, Uric acid is 7.2, Glucose Fasting is 106. Glucose Fasting test is done for the first time as she never felt such weakness or symptoms of it. She has also consulted local physiotherapist for the shoulder pain and done IFT & Ultrasound therapy but it seems that the muscles are weak nearby along with some bones (just assuming) based on the latest VitD result. Medicines being taken right now are mentioned on the main section of this post along with the diagnosis done in the past.

Hi, My father, 62 years is diabetic. From the last 1 month he is having pain in the back side of the shoulder blade on his left arm. He has taken OTC pain killers, but that did not help much.

Swelling at the front of ankle (left foot), just above where the tibia ends and the foot begins. Not much pain, feels tender when i touch and press and little pain sometimes. Few weeks ago there was dull pain, pain subsided gradually with some massage. No restriction in foot movememt, can flex in all direction. Cant recall any major injury in last few weeks. When i press and rub, it feels like there is something inside..like granular..hard to explain.

Due to playing football my right ankle is in lot pain...injury happened today ..and swelling is little bit

My mom aged 35 years is having a leg pain from a month. The pain can be traced from the lower spine to the ankle. What can be the reason of the pain? How can it be cured as fast as it can?

I jave partial acl and meniscus tear in my right knee since last 4 months . I had proper treatment and was feeling relief in swelling and pain symptoms.I have stopped having medicines since a month but the knee lock-in and pop sound was there. Now I have again started having pain and wen I stand or walk I feel pressure on my knee and around knee. If I don't want to have medicines again since last time I had severe allergic reactions, can I correct my knee conditions with exercises?

I have a sharp pain in left back middle pain from last 7 days not able to mibe freely . I don't remember getting hurt also

Having severe pain in my knees.getting warm at night time.while movement of the knee, it creates a  cracking sound.
