Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I had undergone bankart's repair surgery for shoulder dislocation a month back. I was on immobilizer for 6 weeks. I have started exercises recommended by my physio. But while performing them, I could see that my operated shoulder looks elevated by almost 2 inches. Also sensing stiffness in that shoulder. Is the elevation normal post surgery? Will this reduce with regular exercise?

I m having severe knee joint pain and presently pregnent also even so much difficult in folding legs and cant able to sit properly kindly suggest for best possible way to get rid of this.

I've been running 3 km everyday but since past 10 days my knees and lower part calf/calves are in extreme pain and im not able to run... I've tried home solution like ice and covering the affected area but problem still exist...please tell me what to do

I have lower back pain problem. I went for MRI scan and there i had disc bulge problem. Disc bulge with facet arthrosis seen at L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels  indenting  thecal sac. In every 3 months I got very much back pain. In this pain can someone suggest me if I should take Hifenac-MR or Nucixia-MR.

Facing lower back ache. Its not muscle or bone pain, something else. Kindly help with a Medicine or ointment

My mother is 50 years old.Whenever she tries to climb  upstairs her knee and ankle starts hurting.Her ankle swells if she keeps her feet in a dangling or swinging position.She automatically developed bruises on her thighs even though she doesn't get hurt.

My mother has been feeling some pain in her left foot heel since the last couple of weeks. When she stretches her foot, there is slight pain at the bottom of the heel. When she initially gets up, again there is a slight pain. But once she walks she feels better. For now she gives rest by elevating her feet or walking for small duration. Because of Covid I do not wish to expose her, but would like to take necessary precautions. Please help with suggestions. Should I take her to visit the doctor?
