Bone & Muscle problems

It's been 2 year since i was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. I've got a lot of treatments and met with many doctors but none of them cured well. I've consumed many different medicine currently I'm taking painkillers to get relief in pain. Whenever i don't take medicine i experience unbearable pain. The life is hard with AS. Therefore i want to consult doctor for a proper treatment.

Small finger of right hand side gets stuck in bent position. Sometimes there is pain in palm near finger. This finger stuck problem is more prominent in the morning or after getting up from sleep

I wanted to reduce weight and recently started treadmill walk but I started having pain in my left knee plz advice me something like can I wear a knee cap if yes what type one with open patella / full plz suggest what shud I do

While walking my mother face suddent sprain in knee and she feels sharp pain in knee like a sprain and after some time the pain has gone. this situation repeated anytime.

My mother is having back promblm from past 4 years and 2 days before she fell down incidentally while working in the kitchen area

Hi. I started jogging about 10 kms, 5 days a week. Have done this for 4-5 weeks now. Jog on the road at about 8km/hour pace. Over the past 3-4 days I have a slight pricking sensation in my knee. Slight stiffness as well. Anything I should be concerned about? How can I take care of this?
