Rib pain after a fall
I recently fell down and hurt my left ribs, the x-ray showed no bone fractures but I still have contusions and unbearable pain, especially while inhalation and walking or just about any little left side movements. It's been a week with nsaids, antipyretic, calcium supplements and TPC gel.
Ps : I had hurt the same region couple of months back but the pain wasn't this bad although it persisted for some time. But after this recent fall it got worse.
Please tell me what could have gone wrong? :/

If fracture not there, pain will improve over time
Use paracetamol and gel
