I have bad habit to cracking my finger , today afternoon I just cracked all my finger , but suddenly when I tried to cracking middle finger I feel pain and still after using volini I feel pain same , I feel this pain totall on middle portion and proximal portion and gaph between proximal portion and middle portion and distal portion also but not so much...... Please suggest me how to cure this? I feel pain still
