Yes very common postpartum. Meet an orthopaedician and get examined. Otherwise you might get worse.gels or sprays work to some extent.

Hello ,
Yes dynapar qps spray is safe. I would advise apply lignogesic gel to neck and do hot foamentation on it with hot water bag or a heating pad if u have one. Works wonders. Do consult if pain not releived.
