Neck pain.
I have neck pain since 2 years. It started during my intermediate due to stress and prolonged bending of the neck. I have consulted a doctor and tried physiotherapy for some days but no significant change. The neck pain reoccurs when I sit for studying or I bend my neck. I am med student and it's difficult to study with this pain. Please help.

Most important long term solution is improving your ergonomics - increase table height to restrict the forward bend that you may be having for long periods. Soft collar, hot fomentation and a 10 day course of skeletal muscle relaxants with a muscle training regimen can help in the interim

This pain may be due to chronic muscular strain in lower neck muscles associated with long sitting hours for studying or long time sitting with bent neck.
Next Steps
You can start Hot fomentation,  use a Soft cervical collar for support, start analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  take calcium and vitamin d supplement. If not relieved, can plan to get one X ray done.
Health Tips
Avoid jerky movements of neck, start neck strengthening exercises once pain settles down, also try to make a habit of keeping neck straight while studying.
