Weak knee and elbow
I'm thinking of taking vitamin supplements as my bones especially joints are weak. I had all vitamin tests done, D is less and no arthritis symptoms. Whenever I exercise they hurt, sometimes only the left knee.

Ankle injury (Sprain)
