Coccydynia due to felling down
I fell down while fixing tubelight due to unstable chair and my buttock got hit hadly to the dining chair corner, I felt like vomit for a while when I fell that time. 1 leg was on dining table and other on ground and in between got hurt. After consulting ortho doctor, he told ne to do sacro coccy xgeal region AP and lateral and lab doctor told me, no fracture. But pain is still there especially when I sneeze or cough.I was taking diclofenac.sodium as anti inflammation which has reduced the pain. Please guide me what to do and why on sneeze or cough, pain increase. It has been 2 weeks since the injury, all pain has reduced except the tail bone. Physiotherapist told me the tail bone has displaced a little but we shouldn't do manual intervention as it will increase complexities. He is doing ift and ultrasound treatment massage as of now. I have attached xray report ap and lateral view, no fracture but dislocation according to doctor, pls check lateral view for the same.
