Fell on elbow
I fell on my elbow on concrete 2 days ago. Since then the bruising and swelling have gotten way worse. I can barely move my arm and when I do it hurts. Could a bone bruise turn into a fracture?

Hi mam!
As per your recent history of trauma, you should get an xray of the elbow n consult your orthopaedic as soon as possible. Elbow fractures are most notorious to lead to a stiff elbow if inadequately or inappropriately treated.
Please use ice packs and analgesics and anti inflammatory and an arm sling to immobilize the affected part.
