Lower back pain
Having lower back pain which started with sciatica nerve compression and right leg pain. I did a lot of exercises but now still i feel lower back pain after sitting for long hours in office.

You need a comprehensive evaluation by an Orthopaedic surgeon who will strive to understand your problem well. Definitely exercises should help but there are various reason and causes of Back ache Need to be evaluated in detail and have a wholistic approach to treatment and change in lifestyle

Pain in back more in morning, more at night and more after sitting for a long time, can be akylosing spondylitis. Pls consult some Rheumatologist.
