My wife age 26 yrs. Having pain and swelling in left hand thumb. Sometimes there is Jalan also. It's been 4 days. Please suggest some remedies.

My father has lupm on his foot which doesn't cause pain but do itching on it. It's size is increasing and don't understand what to do and which doctor can removed that lump.

I run on daily basis on grass for like 1.5 km, leaving Saturday and sunday (walk on these days) I sometimes have mild pain in my knees. I fear I may have severe problem in future if I don't take precaution,as my paternal line has incidence of airthritis, I have good diet, my weight is okay 65 kg for  5 foot 6 inch. What precaution should I take, I sometimes take cod liver oil and fruits and vegetables. I don't eat non veg, egg stopped due to covid. Just suggestion needed

I was performing stretching exercises. i stretched and kept my leg on chair but missed balance and my leg slipped off from the chair. now i am having swelling and pain in knee.

I have small bump on the joint of the big toe, it's not paining much as I can move it or rotate it. Does any home remedy to stop its growth and make it normal as it was earlier. And any exercises. Thanks
