I got this sudden cracking sensation in both my knees one night while going straightening my legs long after sitting with bent knees. it was 1year ago. This pain and cracking sensation and acute inflammation kind of pain around the knee cap area just wouldnt go away. Whenever i try to sit down on the floor or try to stand up from sitting position my knees feel stiff and it pains badly. I try nto keep my knees straight most of the times now and do exercise avoiding putting stress on knees. But this pain is acute. Is it treatable without operation. Doc please help am dying with knee pain at such a young age. :)

My mother is suffering from cervical problems for last few years, now from one week she is feeling dizziness frequently. In medicine she's having spondy on daily basis. Request you to please suggest medicine for instant relief.

Most  of the times blue black patches appear in my thies and when that happens excessive pain is felt in that area and in the entire leg.veins of the area become very much visible(reddish).it all began from one spot in left leg however gradually the no. Of spots are increasing and it has begun effecting both legs. I am already on medication for depression,diabetes and skin problem.recently I was also treated for disc bulge problem.

Sir my uric acid is  7.1 and crp is 7.5. Ana profile is 26 moderate positive but I have severe pain in ankle and wrist and shoulders and knees. I have feeling of vomiting and headache. No fever. Currently from last 3 months I am taking tb medication and I know uric acid is high because of pyzina tablet but currently what I do. It's urgent. I already taken  fuboxstat and pain killer and flexon Mr  but no relief.

I have read on net that saffron milk helps in knee pain. My mom is a senior citizen and a bit healthy. She keep complaining about knee pain while walking. Can i give her saffron milk for some relief? If yes then when should it be given? Morning or night? Thank you in advance.

Having chronic back and sometimes leg pain for the past 5 years. MRI done in 2016 mentioned L5-S1 posterocentral disc protrusion causing indentation upon thecal sac and mild narrowing of bilateral lateral spinal recess. MRI image is attached. Should i use indian toilet or western? If western, then is it for always or temporary? Can indian toilet can be used in future? Although i don't get any pain by using indian toilet. Which one is better for spinal health in the long run? Thank you

Having severe elbow joint pain on left hand. Can't even lift 100 grams. Seems more pain when stretching thumb.

I had been diagonised with loss of cervical lordosis 4 years ago. That time, i had numbness and tingling in my left hand. After that i did some exercises and reduced the numbness and tingling sensations. Now since the last few days, i have been having dizziness when i stand up from lying or sitting. Also, there is little bit of tingling in the upper left chest area. I wanted to ask if its a worsening symptom from the numbness and tingling that i used to have in my hand or does it mean that my condition is improving? Should I go for the MRI test again?
