Lower back pain
Having lower back pain since 2 week. Pain got increase when i am going to sit or stand and in only at one side (right). The pain is in nerves not in bone

Looks to be some irritation of nerves of leg in spine. You are very much overweight for your height and age. Need to reduce weight and avoid lifting weights Sos painkillers If no improvement in 4-5 days consult. Thanks

This type of pain is associated with nerve compression or nerve root inflammation at the level of spinal cord.
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant z apply analgesic ointment locally, take bed rest of possible.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid forward bending..
