I am experiencing crackling sound when I sit down and getup,I used to hear for 2-3 years,but now when I climb steps it's audible to others also.experincing slight pain in knees in both legs.also feeling foot painful to stand up for sometime.i don't have tyroid and diabetes, checked last month.calcium s less when I did blood test and also monocytes were zero.why is that

Your knee related problem is due to patellofemoral joint secondary to weakness of muscles of your leg. This happens secondary to prolonged sitting and is called as patellofemoral malalignment.

Monocytopenia may be associated with decreased WBC or rare cases with bone marrow suppression..
