If you have worn any ring, remove it. Apply ice (do not apply any balm/ointment/oil/spray/turmeric) over it. Take Tab Flexon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 5 days) (if you are not allergic to it) Take Tab Pantakind (40mg) (1 tablet before breakfast in the morning for 5 days) See your nearest Orthopaedic Surgeon to decide if you need an Xray.

Am assuming that you mean your great toe. Please do an X-ray to confirm that there is no fracture. Then rest and ice application will help. Medicines may be prescribed by your orthopedic surgeon.
Next Steps
Please visit an Orthopedic surgeon.
