Hi, I have continous pain in both side thighs since two months. It increases during evening and night. My all blood reports are coming normal (except ESR 54). I am able to sleep only after if I take indocap sr 75 else it is very painful to sleep and changing sides. I am a type 2 diabetic patient and it is under control. Kindly suggest some solution?

My right leg thigh muscles have become thin. It's probably muscle atrophy. It started from last year August and I met with Doctors who adviced me some exercises. I have been doing these exercises for more than a year, I see knee pain has reduced but muscle mass has not increased. Can someone suggest what should I do? I am already doing exercises and taking ayurvedic medicines. I have read mostly atrophy can be reversed by exercises only but still need a suggestion or help. Thanks

Hi, I feel pain in left ankle and foot. It's not strong pain but continuous mild pain. I feel feverish also during evening. Please suggest any medication. Shall I start taking calcium and vitamin D supplement.

I have pain in fingers , unable to make a fist or strength with that, difficult to open cantainers with finger tips, put pressure or anything. I also have pain in foot sole... I feel very tired, bodyache all the time. I have got full body regular check up done , everything is fine. Including vit d Vit b 12 is in border line 205 Rhumatoid test also done ,which is normal. But what can be the other reason of pain .

I have ddd  in lumbar region and sciatica with radiating pain to my left knee.. dr advised not to climb stairs but i have to climb one step to visit bathroom and it hurts my knee...kindly tell me how to stop knee pain.. other than physiotherapy is there anything that can be done for my pain,? Dr suggested weight loss, i lost 10 kg thru diet but how should i proceed for more as my back pains a lot... the sciatica is worst at night as i cant sleep due to pain in my hips... what is the treatment.. is there any help for me??? Im losing hope and feel life is not worth it due to pain.. please guide thank you

Hi Doctors, My father(Age 64) was having pain on right knees so went to the doctor. He said this is arthritis pain and he prescribed few medicine. After eating medicine his right and left foot are swelled up. He prescribed below medicine Zerodol P pyrodex 20 Adenomac 400 Please suggest me the reason for swelling. If any medicine is reacting.
