Knee Pain and knee stiffness

I'm having knee pain and stiffness since two weeks Unable to bend my left knee completely Slight pain in in the right knee Sometimes crackle sound and pain when I bend my left knee Please advise

I will suggest you to get one x ray done of knee joint. Start hot fomentation, take analgesic, calcium and vitamin d supplements, apply analgesic ointment for pain relief.. start physiotherapy for pain relief..
