Knee, Ankle and back pain
I am working in IT, doing work from home for 8 months now. Sitting posture is either sitting on cot and keeping laptop on same cot, or laying on my back and keeping laptop on my stomach. For the last few weeks I am getting severe pain in my back, ankle and knee. I have tried ointments like omnigel but its not getting reduced. Could someone please help me with the reason and how to cure this.

Very poor posture. All work and no exercises is the reason. Avoid bad posture and use proper posture while working. Use working table. Thanks
