I was suffer from spine back pain

Shoulder and chest pain may be associated with muscle spasm.. Which side is involved.. How many days have passed since the pain started..

I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation, take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment locally..
