As there is no significant neural compromise -
1. Start conservative management with pain killers, pregabalin or Gabapentin , muscle relaxants & rest
2. Ls belt with lifestyle modification will help
Avoid lifting weight , bending forward & avoid squatting , sitting cross legged.
