Dear client first of all for no any relavant reason any organisation will give you leave for six months for any reason the highest being maternity leave of max 4 mths in some organisations including govt. , where they are thinking of to make it six months other wise for issues like back ache even bcoz of tumour you may get 2months paid leave and rest LOPS still more can relieve you of your current position and reuptake later.
