Hi At your age, neck pain spreading to the shoulders/upper back is very common. Improper posture is the reason behind this most of the times. Try the following: *Apply hot water bag, (10 minutes twice a day) *After applying hot water bag, apply Nobel Gel *Tab Ace Proxyvon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 5 days) (if you are not allergic to it) *Tab Gabaneuron (300mg) (1 tablet at 7pm for 10 days) *Stand up, breathe in and simultaneously look up so as to be able to see the ceiling, then breathe out and simultaneously look in front (don't look down!!) Repeat this for 5 counts per day and slowly increase the number of counts till you reach 40 counts per day. This is very very important! *Avoid using pillow while sleeping *Avoid keeping your phone near your body while using it. Keep it slightly away from your body so that you don't have to look down. *Avoid using the laptop over your lap. Keep the laptop over a couple of books on a table. Sit in front of the table on a chair and then use the laptop.
Next Steps
Follow the above steps and do let me know if you have pain relief after 1 week.
