Rheumatoid arthritis- how to reduce it?
I m female with 61 yrs and have rheumatoid arthritis. What should be the ideal diet plan? I am pure vegetarian following jain diet. What foods to include daily to reduce its progression. Apart from diet what daily activities should be done and should be avoided.

Try to eat mostly fruits and vegetables Choose healthy, whole grains, beans, and lentils Balance your diet with regular and moderate excercise Avoid processed foods like meats or foods with chemical preservatives Reduce consumption of refined sugars. Enjoy a healthy variety of foods

Rheumatoid diet is not really related to diet structure and hence no major changes will come from diet changes , keep itself warm especially in this season and do regular exercises and keep active
