Shoulder pain and restricted movement
Sir/ma'am, My self ajeet singh(student)age 26 .in my right shoulder there is pain since last 1 and half year which I ignored and sometimes I bear the pain but nowadays it's getting severe. A month ago I have consulted with  an orthologist he suggest me for blood test and x ray and the result is perfect. He said there are two types of arthritis one is positive which we can see in blood reports but when when blood report is normal and pain is there in your shoulder then it's may be a symbol of negative arthritis. He prescribed me for some medicines for 20 days today I have completed my 20days medication after this my pain is as it is even bad . Today I reach to the dr. Cabin then he gives me two options first is Asteroid injection whose cost us just 100rs and infecting charge is 1000 that is shocking by the way and second option is MRI cost 8000. As Dr. Suggested I am ready for injection he injected the steroid injection in my shoulder. Whole day my pulse is not normal and shoulder pain.

At your age, such severe shoulder pain is unusual. It can be due to an injury or due to overuse (like in sports). It would be better if you can post your Xrays and blood reports here. Secondly, if you have received a steroid injection into your joint today and are having pain/burning sensation, don't worry. It is perfectly normal to experience pain/burning for the first 1 or 2 days after getting a steroid injection. The pain will subside in a couple of days. Apply ice over the shoulder 5-6 times a day.
Next Steps
Take Tab Flexon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 3 days) (if you are not allergic to the tablet and if your doctor has not given you any painkiller already) AND Take Tab Pantakind (40mg) (1 tablet before breakfast in the morning for 3 days)
