Stiff Shoulders with restricted movement
Yesterday, I was on a trek and I feel down stretching my right shoulders. Initially, it was paining a litte bit but, very soon I felt normal and didnt had any pain. Later night I slept lateral side( on the injured arm). Since this morning i cant able to lift my arm. I can able to lift my arm to an extent but, not to a full extent because of the pain.

It seems you have soft tissue injury to your shoulder. Rest, fomentation along with Paracetamol and vitamins should help recovery. You need to do physiotherapy to avoid frozen shoulder syndrome.
