Bone & Muscle problems

My Mother's left arm is too swollen with reddishness & pains a lot. It has been there for long time now. Pls advise some medication.....Thanks

Hello, My mom is suffering from Rheumatic Arthritis since many years. Initially we went to orthopaedic docs and did many treatments that did not work. Then we found a RA doc, under whom treatment is going on. These years treatment went well. My mom is able to walk fairly. But this year, she hv started getting unwell with other issues.. she is no 58yrs. She have started getting IBS kinda issues in last one year. Gets fever sometimes. Got eye passage blocking issue since one year. Other than this.. she have no issues like diabetes or blood pr or anything. We need a doc, that can explain her disease, what other problems can we face and what tests shud we perform regularly and what shud we do to maintain ourselves?

My daughter just fell from bed and we can see immediate swelling on her elbow.. wd took her to hospital , but Dr was not there... We managed to take x ray.. as we are in Himachal and facilities are very far away... We can take her to hospital tomorrow only... But I am apprehensive.. there is fracture or not, please help me

I workout daily, Since 3-4 months now I have severe pain in my hamstring. I use to do jog skipping daily for 15-20 mins, along with body weight exercise pushup and pullups alternatively. Few months back I faced runner's knee issue for a week or so. I took rest for couple of weeks later on I resumed my workout but pain in my left legs hamstring didnt went off rather it got worsen with time. I showed it to doctor in the month of feb 2021, he asked me to take xray of my spine, there was nothing in it. According to him it was muscle spasm and with good amount rest and some medication which included paracetamol, multi vitamin tablets, some lotions it would get healed. I have stopped working out since then, I want to get back to my routine but the pain hasnt gone at all. Currently due to corona, there is no place to visit a doctor, As I stay in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra and almost all the hospitals here are now filled with covid patients.

I have pain in my left leg toe since two months tested uric acid which is under control even then I have so much pain

Can Deflazacort (6mg) be used with PEP regime of Efavirenz (600mg), Lamivudine(300mg), Tenofovir(300mg). Will it reduce the efficacy of the above mentioned PEP regime?

I get pain in my leg while running or jogging I want to get rid of it. Any permanent natural remedy for it.

When I run continue 2.5 km every day in a week then a pain in lower left leg , Further days when I run, pain continue occured in running time. But when stop running , pain gone . Whats the reason?

I have severe pain in my both ankles. Spider veins for last 8 yrs  and mother has vericose veins for last 30 yrs. I am not able to manage my weight. Please advise
