My left sided head pain from front to back and also left sided face pain.that pain radiates to my left hand.how this can be manged

Hi, I had been diagnosed with costochondritis pain last year by this time. I had consulted two different orthopedics and had the medicines they prescribed. Pain was much better. However, again the pain has arrived after an year and this time it's more on the back side than the front chest part. Could you please suggest anything?

I am a college going student. While playing cricket i slipped and my knee had a swelling for 4-5 days. I couldn't move. I took myospazm and massage with himalaya oil. After 7-8 days it got recovered.
