Bone & Muscle problems

Continuous pain from upper neck to upper back for last 15 days. Not able to lift the head backwards/upwards beyond a particular level - results in pain.

I am feeling heavy pain in my left side of back while oi m sitting. I was applied pain relief ointment but it cant help. I feel this last 2 weeks

My father had major accident and he had major surgeries for leg and he is cardiac patient and bp patient and diabetic patient now since 3 days he became very weak and not eating

Hiii Good evening. I'm working as software engineer from last 8years. From last 1 week I'm getting mild pain on ankle back side. Pain will be only 5 minutes when I wake up early morning. Apart from that wrist pain also for some times. Please suggest some medication. And also please let me know is it belongs to orthopaedic or Rheumatology.?
