My lower back pain with buttocks and right leg pain...medicine are not reducing the pain. What should i do

My husband is unable to lift right arm from last 7-8 months.X Ray is enclosed. Please guide what should we do.

What should be the protocol followed for boots and bar followed by ponseti method. My baby had bilateral clubfoot currently 9 months he was treated with ponseti casting and tenotomy starting three weeks after birth and is currently on boots and bar however he is very resistant to wear them

4months back i got injured to big toe 1st mtp joint ,now i feel pain when walking ,swelling near mtp joint,its forms bump when walking and i have attached my x ray and mri report below

Post accident on dec 28 2020 car accident I had a seat belt and the air bag was deployed I was getting pain on the lower ribs but was not bad now the pain today has become very bad and inflammation. I was sleeping on that part and when i got up I got fever of 100 degrees .ihave taken now zerodol P and paracetamol separate. Later on i saw that zerodolp also has paracetamol. Please guide me properly and help with a solution.

Hi doctor my right Ancle got twisted today while playing cricket . I had lot of pain especially while walking hence got X-ray done but unfortunately today doctor was not Available night I need to wait till Monday . Attaching my X-ray pictures kindly let me know if there is any issue .

My mother is 62 yrs old and have knee pain and swalling since last few years.But since last few month it has worsen and she is now really finding it difficult to even walk properly and feeling lot of pain in knees.

I tore my posterior horn of medial meniscus few days ago (Grade 3). My doctor recommended physiotherapy after clinical inspection. My understanding for doing physiotherapy is making the muscles around the hips, quads, hamstring etc stronger so that there wouldn't be much stress to the torn meniscus. But once we stop doing physiotherapy, won't the muscles become weaker again? As we are not training them and this in turn would cause the pain to come back. Can someone let me know how physiotherapy performs in the long run?
