I have pain in the area beside the ear and that radiates to forehead.doctor suggested me hot compress and avoid hard foods. How i can rekief from this pain

Hi suffering from back pain consulted orthopaedic . Had MRI which revealed herniated disk in lower back without any compression to nerves. I am on medication from last 2 months but still my pack pain is not going away. Sometimes i feel pain in lower back and sometime in upper back. Hi, I had been diagnosed with costochondritis pain last year by this time. I had consulted two different orthopedics and had the medicines they prescribed. Pain was much better. However, again the pain has arrived after an year and this time it's more on the back side than the front chest part. Could you please suggest anything?

I am a college going student. While playing cricket i slipped and my knee had a swelling for 4-5 days. I couldn't move. I took myospazm and massage with himalaya oil. After 7-8 days it got recovered. This all happened in January 2021. This pain was not there for few months. Bt then in recent time i am feeling pain in my knees. Wenver i sit on bending my knees. Or sleep.

I am a 25 year of female.I started having bone pain 1 week back, starting in legs below knees.The pain is not continuous,it is sharp,it occurs for few mins and goes away,not taken any painkillers or medicine regarding this.Now I have also experiencing pain in my left hand,below elbow.The area of pain is not only specifically in joints,but as a whole involving joints.What should I do??

I feel pain sometime on my legs , knees ,hand. Actually all over my body fell pain sometime.when i hold my hand tightly i feel pain.
